Introducing the 50/50 Model from Morris Surfboards NZ, a groundbreaking surfboard that artfully blends the traits of traditional longboards and progressive surfing styles. This model is tailor-made for surfers seeking versatility and performance, expertly designed with a unique outline that incorporates elements from the Bar Fly midsection and the Gem nose. The parallel lines extending from the nose enhance forward drive while the pronounced hip design on the side fins, derived from the renowned Fusion Pro tail outline, ensures heightened responsiveness. This feature is particularly beneficial during roundhouse cutbacks, bottom turns, and re-entries, creating a seamless transition between styles.

The 50/50 Model boasts a well-considered bottom rocker curve that is relatively flat from the nose to slightly beyond the midpoint, allowing for rapid paddling and early wave-catching capabilities, reminiscent of a traditional log. As you progress towards the tail, the rocker transforms into a modern performance longboard flip, marrying stability with maneuverability. The surfboard's bottom contours feature a full rail-to-rail single concave leading into a double concave Vee in the tail section, ensuring excellent lift during nose rides while enhancing responsiveness when transitioning back to the tail.
