Experience a revolutionary twist on the contemporary noserider with our innovative design. Drawing inspiration from the intricate dynamics of water flow during a noseride, this remarkable board introduces a narrower tailed, high-performance single fin without compromising lift and stability during critical noserides.
Following the success of the Cherry Picker, we aimed to amalgamate the exceptional lift in the tail design and the concave behind the fin with enhanced turning capabilities. By adjusting the plan shape, pulling back the wide point, and creating a wider area in front of the fin, we crafted a naturally curvier, pulled-in rounded square tail.
The Double Scoop design offers two outstanding outlines: 'the original' with wider hips and a classic feel, and 'the dynamic' with narrower hips for a more lively experience. Both outlines incorporate a spoiler effect in the deck line and a deep double concave in the back 1/3, optimizing water flow during noserides and ensuring extra lift and speed control.
This board, inspired by a love for Formula 1, utilises aerodynamics translated into hydrodynamics for nose lift. When transitioning from a noseride, the curvier pulled-in tail and concave behind the fin facilitate sharper, smoother, and more powerful turns.
Continuing the legacy of the Cherry Picker, the Double Scoop design retains its unique bottom shape. The concave extends from the nose to the bottom 1/3, transitioning into a rolled V out of the tail. The concave behind the fin creates a tri-hulled design in the tail, ensuring optimal water engagement.
A standout feature in the Double Scoop design is its ability to channel more water into the tail, providing enhanced lift and control on the nose. The deep double concave in the deck through the back 1/3 efficiently directs water flow into the tail, resulting in a modern progressive noserider that is sure to leave a lasting impression.
